As Commission Inquiry Administrator, you'll be primarily responsible for commission inquiries via telephone or e-mail to provide problem resolution in accordance with the Organization’s service standards, and also perform a wide variety of specialized clerical functions. More specifically, you will:
- Handle commission calls and e-mails from customers and internal sources
- Perform a wide variety of specialized clerical functions involving compiling and arranging data
- Make computations
- Process all payee updates and direct deposit registrations
- Prepare commission statements and account reconciliation requests
- Direct inquiry calls to the correct departments
- Maintain specialized and comprehensive records and filing
- Resolve discrepancies and may communicate with a variety of administrative and professional employees within and outside the organization
