As Commission Inquiry Administrator, you'll be primarily responsible for commission inquiries via telephone or e-mail to provide problem resolution in accordance with the Organization’s service standards, and also perform a wide variety of specialized clerical functions. More specifically, you will:
  • Handle commission calls and e-mails from customers and internal sources
  • Perform a wide variety of specialized clerical functions involving compiling and arranging data
  • Make computations
  • Process all payee updates and direct deposit registrations
  • Prepare commission statements and account reconciliation requests
  • Direct inquiry calls to the correct departments
  • Maintain specialized and comprehensive records and filing
  • Resolve discrepancies and may communicate with a variety of administrative and professional employees within and outside the organization

In this role you will need:
  • A high school diploma plus 1 year of related experience (including customer support), or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • The ability to:
    • Read, comprehend and understand instructions, short correspondence, and memos
    • Write correspondence such individual and small group e-mails
    • Apply understanding to carry out written or oral instructions
  • Mathematical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Clarify, Clarify CSR, AS400 & Salesforce system knowledge is preferable
