Position Summary:
Primary responsibility for working with a functional team to ensure the successful execution and implementation of enterprise projects including, but not limited to, identifying tasks, resources, schedules, and dependencies, as well as resolving risks / issues during the course of projects to ensure project goals are achieved.
 
Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Produce regular dashboards and reports at all critical visibility levels - including materials supporting executive reviews.
  • Ensure consistent communication and status / awareness for all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders to leverage a common toolset for integrated program, project and engagement tracking with a specific focus on the regular cadence of critical tasks and outcomes.
  • As required, run agile or sprint style stand-ups for engagements to gauge status, understand blockers and review timelines.
  • Track project success across deliverables, milestones and financials for internal reporting to leadership.
  • Identify and assist in mitigation of major project risks.  Propose strategies for remediation.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
  • Define project level tasks and resource requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned
 
Required Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; or 7-10 years functional experience or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years DIGITAL project management experience
  • PMP and/or Scrum Master certification preferred
  • Experience with software IT implementation preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to use technical acumen to enable removal of impediments and ask probing questions
  • Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of project management
  • MS Project and other standard project management software and tools proficiency
  • Working knowledge of 3rd party vendor SAAS solutions integrations
  • Strong business acumen; self-directing; able to manage up and down the organization with influence; willing to hold others accountable
  • Strong project management experience and skills, ability to prioritize activities and work on multiple activities / priorities at once
  • Strong verbal/written communication, presentation, and listening skills
  • Solid analytical skills, comfortable challenging assumptions and offering solutions
  • Ability to quickly assess situations, identify gaps and possible solutions
  • Results-oriented
  • Microsoft Project/Excel/Visio/PowerPoint Proficiency
