Field Service Technician

It’s a dynamic job for those who are handy, enjoy variety, and love a good challenge. Service technicians know their way around a tool box and a computer circuit board. However, you don’t have to have professional experience with mechanical repair and coding to find yourself here. We offer training for those interested in the role.
FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN POSITION SUMMARY AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot mechanical repairs to company-owned, rented, and/or leased laundry equipment
- Repair and maintenance equipment
- Clean equipment as needed
- Maintain stock of parts in assigned company vehicle and manage inventory
- Field Service Technician will maintain assigned company vehicle
FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- And/or relevant military experience
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and/or relevant military experience; professional experience with mechanical repair/maintenance is preferred but not required
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and will frequently work in a variety of environmental conditions (both weather and non-weather related)
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees
- Computer, smart phone, and tablet skills
