The Requirements

COMMISSION INQUIRY ADMIN REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma
  • 1 year of related experience (including customer support), or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read, comprehend and understand instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write correspondence such individual and small group e-mails
  • Mathematical skills
  • Ability to apply understanding to carry out written or oral instructions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Clarify, Clarify CSR, AS400 & Salesforce system knowledge is preferable

The Role

COMMISSION INQUIRY ADMIN RESPONSIBILITES:
Primarily responsible for commission inquiries via telephone or e-mail to provide problem resolution in accordance with the Organization’s service standards, as well as, performing a wide variety of specialized clerical functions.
  • Handle commission calls and e-mails from customers and internal sources
  • Perform a wide variety of specialized clerical functions involving compiling and arranging data
  • Make computations
  • Process all payee updates and direct deposit registrations
  • Prepare commission statements and account reconciliation requests
  • Direct inquiry calls to the correct departments
  • Maintain specialized and comprehensive records and filing
  • Resolve discrepancies and may communicate with a variety of administrative and professional employees within and outside the organization
