The Requirements
Warehouse Supervisor/Installer Job Description:
To be a good fit for the Warehouse Supervisor/Installer opportunity you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license
- Previous, successful supervisory experience
- 4-5 years of previous related experience
- Previous experience in mechanical repairs (does not have to be washers/dryers, but would be a plus)
- The ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and maneuver heavy equipment
- Comfort with technology and familiarity with Smartphone functions.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional appearance.
- Willingness to do hands on work, to include installing washers and dryers at customer locations
- Comfortable spending much of the day in a service van, getting in and out frequently.
The Role
A Warehouse Supervisor/Installer will oversee AND perform work at our warehouse facility and will be required to do installations out in the field. The ideal candidate for this role will be a collaborative leader who utilizes a team-focused approach.
