Job Title: Warehouse Worker
WAREHOUSE WORKER POSITION SUMMARY & KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary Function of employee includes preparing equipment for delivery to customers and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Prepare equipment for delivery to customers based on the daily scheduler (includes but is not limited to unpacking, installing, testing, preparing and assembling required parts prior to loading on trucks, when necessary)
- Load and unload delivery trucks using 2-wheeled hand cart and/or fork lift to move equipment
- Strip used parts from retired machines
- Utilize mechanical and electrical abilities to work on equipment. This may include the building or rebuilding of machines.
- Provide back-up and support to Installers and Service Technicians as needed
WAREHOUSE WORKER QUALIFICATIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Specific physical demands may vary based on assigned geography or equipment to include: being able to lift 35-100lbs, frequent squatting, kneeling, crawling, reaching overhead, holding and maneuvering tools or service parts weighing 20-50lbs, and frequently work in a variety of environmental conditions (both weather and non-weather related)
- and/or relevant military experience
- Push and pull hand carts loaded with washers and/or dryers and/or air machines
- Candidates considered for warehouse positions must also must pass pre-employment screening including drug test
