As a HR Technology Specialist, you’ll be an important part of what works.
You will be responsible for supporting the HR team in system vendor selection, configuration, maintenance, and report generation.
Your days might include:
- Processing employee information and maintaining employee records in the HRIS
- Coordinating with vendors for system support
- Preparing statistical summaries and special reports from the HRIS
- Ensuring the accuracy of HR information in the system
- Managing quarterly releases from vendor and communicate with process owners
- Researching new release information, translating the new release/update functionality for process owners, and helping process owner determine what new functionality to turn on
- Testing new features of the system as they are implemented
- Verifying accuracy of HR procedures
- Recommending improved data processes, analyses, and reports to more effectively meet the organization’s HR goals
- Responding to inquiries from employees, managers, and external agencies about individual and organization-wide HR information
- Other duties assigned

In this role, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree; and 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of Ultimate software platform
- Broad knowledge of talent acquisition/ATS solutions and talent management (learning, succession, and performance) solutions
- Ability to develop BI reports
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Ability to effectively and professionally present information one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Ability to work with a variety of mathematical concepts
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
