Job Title: Loss Prevention Specialist
LOSS PREVENTION SPECIALIST OVERVIEW:

As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you’ll be an important part of what works.
You will be responsible for protecting the assets of the company, by conducting internal and external loss theft investigations, to review all branch operative transactions for policy compliance, and to maintain the physical security of the buildings.
You’ll be assigned a company car and your days may include:
- Conducting vandalism investigations, gather evidence, and prepare reports for legal resolution
- Reviewing company exception base data, and investigate account trends to address internal and external theft related concerns
- Performing machine integrity checks and employee vehicle inspections per program requirements
- Participating in the monthly branch business team meetings to address safety related policies
- Participating in the monthly branch business team meeting to address safety related objectives
- Participate in the monthly facilities inspection audit to address policy concerns
- Investigating account specific revenue issues in partnership with internal staff and account property management
- Partnering with Director of Loss Prevention on all departmental matter for review protocols
- Conducting field location visits to address machine revenue concerns as needed
- Properly documenting, preparing, and submitting investigation reports in a timely manner
- Partnering with local law enforcement authorities to resolve criminal matters, per LP Direct approval

In this role, you’ll need:
- Associates degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; and 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice preferred
- Experience with OSHA regulations and safety awareness and training are a plus
- Ability to travel overnight 25-30%
- Loss Prevention Certifications like CFI or CFE a plus
- Wicklander-Zulawski Certification preferred
