Teamwork & Collaboration: Works effectively with business leaders, sales, and centralized support functions (e.g. Dispatch, Collections).

Drives Engagement: Creates and influences a cultural expectation of high standards and inspired performance excellence with business leaders so that they may create similar expectations at the local level.

 

Role:

The Regional Vice President of  Operations will be a key leader with primary responsibility for supporting field executive leadership in identifying, developing, driving, and executing operational consistency and process efficiencies across Branches within the Region.
