As a CSC Installation Supervisor, you’ll be an important part of what works.
You’ll supervise daily work activities from our local Branch and your days may include:
- Ensure on-time deliveries through proper scheduling of residential, route and/or air equipment sales for the branch
- Coordinating deliveries with sales, card services and Venting Department for venting and room renovations
- Scheduling and coordinating warehouse shipping and receiving including, parts and corporate
- Maintaining company software for receipts and transfers
- Maintaining inventory of machines and accessories for deliveries and set-up of equipment
- Overseeing maintenance of warehouse equipment including fork trucks, jacks and delivery truck
- Responding to customer complaints
- Monitoring budgets
- May be required (20% of time) to perform installation work in the field
- Reviewing, analyzing, and creating reports as needed
- Ensuring that all work performed with the warehouse complies with government safety regulations and company safety policies

In this role, you’ll need:
- A HS Diploma or equivalent with 5-7 years of related experience in a leadership/supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Associates Degree preferred
- Strong recruiting and management skills
- Support employee development provide employee development and provide training as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills that put people at ease and elicit action.
- Ability to obtain a Motor Carrier Medical Examiner’s Certificate and to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License
- Maintain valid forklift certification per local government regulation and company policy, may also be required to hold a forklift trainer certification.
- Experience with large power tools, installing large appliances and intermediate plumbing and/or electrical knowledge
- Specific physical demands may vary based on assigned geography or equipment including: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, push or pull up to 250 pounds, and frequently work in a variety of environmental conditions (both weather and non-weather related) plus stooping kneeling, climbing, crouching or reaching.
