Job Title: Warehouse Manager

As a CSC Warehouse Manager, you’ll be an important part of what works.
You will be responsible for managing a team, executing operating objectives and managing daily work activities of Warehouse personnel. Ensures maintenance of the building, grounds and warehouse. Your days may include:
- Ensuring the management of on-time deliveries through proper scheduling of residential, route and/or air equipment sales for the branch.
- Coordinating deliveries with sales, card services and Venting Department for venting and room renovations
- Supporting employee development and providing training as needed
- Establish team and individual employee goals; manage employee performance
- Scheduling and coordinating warehouse shipping and receiving including parts
- Maintaining systems for receipts and transfers
- Maintaining inventory of machines and accessories for deliveries and set-up of equipment
- Overseeing the maintenance of warehouse personnel for proper installation procedures
- Responding to customer complaints
- Monitoring budgets
- Coordinating with Sales to endure efficient execution of new installation orders
- Maintaining a safe warehouse operation per government safety regulation and company policy.
In this role, you’ll need:
- A HS Diploma or equivalent with 7-10 years of related experience in a leadership/supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and schedules
- Experience installing large appliances and plumbing or electrical knowledge a plus
