As a CSC Inside Sales Account Manager, you’ll be an important part of what works.
You’ll utilize a consultative sales approach as you build lasting relationships with small accounts on the phone including, but not limited to, prospecting and developing new client relationships and working with existing clients to leverage current programs and increase sales volume. Your days may include:
- Driving transactions with support from inside sales and operations teams. Collaborating with internal groups to ensure sustained growth and account management.
- Monitoring and analyzing industry trends. Marketing to competitive landscape and communicating information to group leadership to assist in the evaluation of sales strategy and long-term planning.
- Structuring and negotiating lease and finance programs. Communicating pricing and service strategies.
- Managing prospects and building customer relationships through maintenance of key account information.
- Communicate to/work with manager to resolve unique customer concerns/issues.
- Matching services with customer needs. Demonstrating knowledge of customers, industry, competition, and pricing.
- Participating in training new Inside Sales Managers.

In this role, you’ll need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; and 5-7 years business-to-business sales experience.
- At least 3 years direct business development or account management experience in B2B and/or B2C environments preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred.
- Ability to lead and manage various aspects of sales process – from retaining to renewing – using relationship-building and solution-based selling skills.
- Ability to establish credibility with clients and optimize and expand existing relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills, bias to action and ability to tackle challenges with creative and timely solutions.
- Working familiarity of Salesforce, marketing tools and various go-to-market strategies.
