As the Manufacturing Operations Manager, you’ll be an important part of what works.
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for managing seven rebuild centers, executing on operating objectives, and managing daily work activities of manufacturing and warehouse personnel to ensure continuous delivery of company-owned, laundry and air equipment. He or She will take complete ownership of the inventory and be able to prioritize the incoming and outgoing inventory allocation.
Your days will include:
- Serving as the main point of contact with cross functional teams on all refurb related matters.
- Ensuring the management of on-time deliveries through proper scheduling of Laundry and Air equipment for each branch.
- Delivering on Plan for production and cost; budget monitoring and analyzing refurb costs on per unit basis and driving efficiencies.
- Sharing best practices between all the facilities.
- Maintaining production play books and ensuring full compliance with production process across all rebuild centers.
- Coordinating with purchasing team and suppliers to ensure continuous flow of key parts.
- Scheduling and coordinating warehouse shipping and receiving.Prioritizing incoming and outgoing inventory allocation.
- Maintaining inventory of machines and accessories for deliveries and set-up of equipment.
- Overseeing maintenance of the refurb center and warehouse equipment.
- Maintaining a safe Refurb operation per government safety regulations and company policies.
- Working closely with other department managers to solve complex customer issues and challenges.
- Perform other related duties as assigned

In this role, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field; or 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing/production & inventory; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong leadership and the ability to hire, manage and coach a team
- Ability to effectively and professionally present information one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Ability to properly elevate concerns early while identifying potential solutions
- Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and understand general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, financial reports, legal documents, or governmental regulations
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, vast knowledge of smart phone/tablet operation
