The Requirements

To be a good fit for the Client Retention Specialist opportunity, you also should have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and minimum 1 year of experience in B2B/B2C sales, collections, and/or retention – preferably in a support center environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that put people at ease and elicit action.
  • The ability to consistently meet departmental standards set for key performance indicators such as retention rate, lead generation, and service quality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly desirable.
  • Military experience is not required, but it is welcome and appreciated here.

The Role

As a Customer Service / Inbound Sales Representative, you’ll be an important part of what works.

You’ll interact with our customers and CSC team members daily, which may include: Fielding inbound calls from customers regarding account cancellation with an objective to maximize lease retention.
  • Retaining customer accounts by responding to and addressing customer concerns.
  • Providing a solution to improve the customer experience.
  • Utilizing retention offers based upon a client’s specific needs and concerns.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and developing new techniques to ensure customer retention.
  • Leveraging sales skills to reinforce the product’s value proposition.
  • Maintaining an acceptable save rate percentage and productivity level.
  • Following policy and procedural guidelines and approved CSC offers and promotions.
  • Handling other duties as assigned.
