Business Development Manager
MA - Boston

From prospecting to closing new business, you’ll enjoy the satisfaction of forming meaningful connections with our customers. As a CSC Business Development Manager, you’ll be an important part of what works.
You’ll utilize a consultative sales approach as you build lasting partnerships. Your days may include:
- Researching prospects and competitors in your territory to develop actionable sales intelligence.
- Strategically pursuing new accounts following a set of goals and objectives you establish with Branch Management.
- Creating key opportunity plans based on your target decision-makers and their goals, needs, hot buttons and buying patterns, and forecasting your pipeline.
- Drafting persuasive proposals that demonstrate how CSC solutions can help our customers achieve their goals and overcome their challenges.

In this role, you’ll need
- A High School Diploma or equivalent; and 3-5 years B2B sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is preferred.
- Service industry background preferred
- Track record building a strong client base.
- An internal drive to meet and exceed goals and being self-directed in your work.
- An understanding of what an excellent best in class sales mentality looks like and the ability to provide it.
- To be a strategic problem solver with the ability to think on your feet.
- A communication style that builds trust.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Military experience is not required, but it is welcome and appreciated here.
